Yes, first haircuts are very welcome and we take them slowly. Tell us when you book that it is your puppy's first visit.
A full groom covers the bath, blow-dry and a trim finished to suit the coat. If you would like a particular style, describe it when you book and we will talk it through.
We do groom cats. Ring us to talk about your cat first so we can put them in at a calm time of day.
Nervous dogs are common here and we work at their pace. Let us know what worries him and we will plan the visit around it.
We are at 3 Prince Philip Ave, Grays RM16 2BS. We are open 9:30am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday, and closed on Sunday.
